Why This Matters
Prison does not only affect the person behind the wall. It affects children, mothers, fathers, and entire families. When families are left without support, the damage spreads from one generation to the next.
Prisoner’s Friends and Family Committee exists to help ease that burden. The mission is to support prisoners’ families with education, food assistance, child care support, emergency financial help, family resources, and advocacy for prisoners’ rights.
